    Double-shaft shredder is widely used in high and low-speed shredding equipment. With its unique rotor and cutting chamber design, the rotor blades and counter blades
    cut materials perfectly, ensuring uniform cutting and reasonable reduction of raw material dust. This design also reduces wear on the knives and the screen. 
    The rotor shaft surface can accumulate a wear-resistant welding layer, making the shredder more suitable 
    for materials that are easily worn, thus providing maximum abrasion performance and better utilization rates.

    WED series double shaft shredder driven by single motor and gearbox. Drive two shafts at the same time by gears to achieve the shredding of material.  This series is light load shearing type shredder, which has compact structure and small footprint. But it has strong core strength, adopts high alloy steel blades ,42CrMo shaft, and detachable counter blade design.
    WED-S series double shaft shredder driven by double motor and double planetary gearbox. Based on the principle of shearing, the material is shredded by relative rotation of two sets blades.Since the strong power and high stability
    of this shredder, it is often used for MSW treatment, resource regeneration, pretreatment of refuse burning and other environmental protection field.

    Adopts 42CrMo high alloy steel, ensure its good mechanical strength and shock resistance.Splined blade teeth with hex shaft for uniform torque distribution to extend the life of the spindle.

    Counter blades on both sides of shredding chamber can prevent material from winding.
    Individually removable design for easy maintenance.
